Fulfillment of all orders placed on the website is subject to availability. Gasidouro tries to ensure that all products offered for sale are in stock. However, in the absence of product availability, Gasidouro reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock.

In these situations, Gasidouro undertakes to inform the customer and reimburse the amount paid. Depending on the payment method, the customer may be asked for their IBAN so that the refund can be made in the form of a bank transfer.

Your order and card details will be sent, duly encrypted, to the bank on the date of your order.

5. Delivery/Shipping Methods

Shipping will be made through a carrier designated by Gasidouro

After completing the order and confirming receipt of payment, Gasidouro will send the products as quickly as possible to the address indicated by the Customer, taking into account that delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Gasidouro will deliver in accordance with the agreed delivery dates, however, the Customer acknowledges that delivery dates are based on circumstances in which Gasidouro depends on work or services provided by third parties, and is not responsible for changing them.

The risk in relation to any damage to or loss of the products will pass to the Customer from the moment the products are delivered.

6. Prices and Payments

The prices indicated on the website are denominated in euros, include Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be charged separately for each order. The total purchase price will be indicated when the order is placed and subsequently confirmed.

Gasidouro will have the right to adjust the prices indicated on the website from time to time, without any prior notice. The prices indicated at the time the order is placed will be considered the prices that form part of the contract.

The Customer is obliged to notify Gasidouro immediately of any errors in the payment details that the Customer has provided to Gasidouro .

Shipping costs vary depending on the country or area of ​​destination. All order deliveries made through the official physical store will always be free.
