Return Acceptance Rules
The Customer will have the right to return the product that was delivered, through the website, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days after the product was received, provided that the product has not been used, washed or shows signs of use and/or is damaged. The product must maintain its original characteristics and be complete.
The product must be in its original packaging and the return must be made (as far as possible) in the original and undamaged shipping packaging.
Products that have been tampered with or show signs of use will not be accepted, as such, all these conditions must be respected so that Gasidouro can evaluate the refund of the product.
In the case of a refund, depending on the payment method, the Customer may be asked for their IBAN so that the refund can be made in the form of a bank transfer.
Return Request
To request a return of a product, the Customer must send an email requesting the return.
After receiving the return request, Gasidouro will analyze the request within 2 (two) business days, then Gasidouro will contact the Customer informing the result of the analysis.
In case of acceptance of return, the Customer must send the item(s), bearing the cost(s).
