All-position aluminum rod with 5% silicon used for welding heat-treatable alloys such as cast alloys and 6XXX base metals. It can be used in many common welding applications such as bicycles, trucks, trailers and automotive parts and equipment. The silicone present in this alloy provides an improved wetting action, producing a bright weld bead that is less susceptible to cracking. Prices shown are per 1.00 kg
